Now that the Constitution's fate is settled, at least in the short term, I am going to be taking a small break from blogging on Europe and its future. I spent the days between the French and Dutch referenda moving back to Montana to be with my wife. I need some time to settle in and finish up my dissertation proposal. I may post if something particularly strikes my fancy, but I will likely not return to a semi-regular schedule of blogging until the fall.

Dutch stake Constitution in heart
In a not so shocking development, the Dutch say 'No' to EU constitution. This is likly the end of the Constitution in its present form.
